The silent generator set adds an enclosed noise-reducing sheet metal canopy based on the open-frame unit. High-density sound-absorbing cotton, impedance silencers and air intake & outlet noise reduction ducts are installed inside the canopy to effectively control operating noise. The noise level of standard models can be reduced to below 72 dB.
The unit is fitted with well-known brand diesel power and all-copper brushless synchronous alternator. The base integrates fuel tank and shock absorbers. The canopy adopts anti-rust coating treatment, which is rainproof and dustproof, allowing outdoor open-air installation.
Equipped with an intelligent control panel, the genset integrates multiple safety protections against high temperature, overload, low oil pressure and overspeed. An optional ATS automatic transfer switch enables power supply startup within seconds upon mains failure.
The enclosed structure optimizes air duct circulation for stable heat dissipation, supporting long-time continuous full-load operation.
