The container generator set adopts a container as the protective enclosure for the whole unit. Diesel power engine, all-copper alternator, noise reduction & air exhaust system, daily fuel tank and intelligent automatic control system are integrated inside.
The container is constructed with thickened anti-corrosion steel plates, rainproof, dustproof and snow/wind resistant. It can be installed on-site outdoors without building a dedicated engine room.
Multi-stage silencing air ducts and high-density sound-absorbing materials are arranged inside the cabin to achieve excellent noise control. Equipped with high-efficiency forced heat dissipation air ducts, it meets the requirements of all-weather continuous full-load operation.
It comes standard with an ATS automatic transfer system to realize automatic startup upon mains failure and automatic shutdown after power restoration. It is equipped with comprehensive safety protections for low oil pressure, high temperature, overload and more. Remote cloud monitoring and parallel grid-connection modules are optional. The unit features high integration and convenient hoisting & transportation.
